We are working to help loving Christian families adopt children in need of homes. Often the financial burden of adoption is a huge obstacle to those who would otherwise gladly open their hearts and home. We work to raise funds for a specific family, and this year it is the Alpert family adopting Ella Ruth, due in October! See the 2018 Fundraiser page for more details.
Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress.... James 1:27
Here is your chance to help an orphan be placed into a godly home! We don't often get opportunities to directly help orphans! The Alpert family has opened their home and hearts to a baby, Ella Ruth, due to be born in October, but adoption is incredibly expensive. We think it's a tragedy for children not to go to loving, godly homes only because the finances aren't available for many who are willing. You can help make it financially possible for precious Ella Ruth to have a forever family who will teach her to love and serve God.
Here's how you can help! As individual Christians, we are putting on a fundraising dinner for this adoption, and your attendance would be a tremendous help! If you are unable to come, you can also donate online. But, if you can at all make it to the dinner, I believe you will be inspired to love these orphans more, and encouraged that you had an important part in bringing Ella Ruth into the Alpert family.
"Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world." - James 1:27
This is a recent picture of Seth and Devon and their 3 children. They had two biological children, Cason and Breck, and were heartbroken to be unable to have any more and decided to adopt. They adopted Ava early last year and have been so blessed by her!! Her big brothers adore her, and were thrilled to have a baby sister! Now they will have 2 sisters, Lord willing, in October! Devon is a stay at home mom and homeschools. She's a very hard worker and adds to the family income by caring for children in their home, and she is always helping people. Seth is a hard worker for their family, a very involved Dad, and active in their church. They are a very giving family!
We are teamed up with Sacred Selections, a wonderful nonprofit organization run by individual Christians, and they have provided the connections for this adoption, support throughout the process, and financial assistance!
This is a life giving and very important work to help this child be won to the Lord! Please support this family!!
